The Display option (Figure 1) in the Advanced Quick Set Options allows you to assign the Color Display settings for your jobs. Use the Display options to modify how color information is shown.

To use the Display option:

1. Open the Display Options by clicking Alt + Enter > Display.
2. Select the Display options you want to use.

(RIP-Queue)

1. Go to Edit Quick Sets on the toolbar and click Edit > Advanced > Display from a tree.

2. Select the [Display] options you want to use.

You can set any of the following options:

Measurement Display

This options determines if Job Editor will use the [English (inches)] or [Metric] system for measurements.

 

NOTE: This option is only included in Job Editor.

Color Display

The [Color Display] determines the display used for sample point values. You can choose to display color information as either a percentage or a numeric value by clicking the appropriate option.

 

NOTE: The [Color Display] setting does not change the Color Correction Tools Display.

Color Correction Tools Display

This option determines if you use CMYKSystem for describing colors based on a combination of values for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black; the ink colors used in four-color process printing. In theory, 100% of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow create Black. In practice, the addition of Black ink is necessary to print a true Black. See also RGB. values (0-255) or percentages (0-100).
